Macpac is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Assistant (20 hours over 4 days) for 12 months, onsite in Christchurch. This role suits someone who loves numbers and accuracy and wants AP experience in a respected retail business. You’ll process 800 invoices per month using Apparel21, perform vendor statement checks, resolve supplier and store queries, and maintain compliant AP files. The role requires attention to detail, data entry, and a proactive mindset; prior AP or admin experience is preferred and Apparel21 ERP exposure is a bonus.
