Your mission

Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam City Hall is seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Attendant (m/f/d) to ensure that our hotel facilities are always in excellent condition for our guests.
We are open to hiring candidates who are available to work 3–5 days per week, either on a part-time or full-time basis.
 You will be responsible for maintaining the building, technical installations, and guest areas, ensuring safety, functionality, and comfort at all times. You will support preventive maintenance activities, respond to repair requests efficiently, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and fire regulations.

  • Always ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff
  • Carrying out routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving technical issues
  • Supporting repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
  • Monitoring and maintaining technical systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
  • Assisting external contractors when required
  • Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
