Minor Hotels Australasia is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Building Manager to lead engineering, maintenance and facilities for a Brisbane Northside property. This hands-on leadership role blends strategic planning with daily operations, directing a maintenance team and external contractors, delivering a preventative maintenance program and managing budgets and capital works while ensuring Queensland compliance and WHS. You’ll oversee HVAC, lifts, pools and building systems, maintain the CMMS, attend Body Corporate meetings and provide timely reporting, with after-hours support for emergencies and a focus on energy and water efficiency. To apply, demonstrate 3+ years in hotel, strata or commercial facilities, CMMS proficiency, a relevant trade qualification if available, driver license and Australian working rights, plus evidence of stakeholder and budget management in your resume and cover letter.
