Pact Recycling New Zealand seeks a Maintenance Electrician to maintain and improve electrical and automation systems at East Tamaki and Penrose, reporting to the Operations Manager. This role combines maintenance, fault finding and automation projects to support safe, efficient manufacturing. Key duties include preventive and corrective maintenance, PLC and VSD work, energy efficiency initiatives, and coordinating contractors. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical Engineering Level 6, NZ Electrical Registration A Grade, minimum 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Electrician in FMCG or similar, strong fault finding and project management skills. We're looking for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join our Pact Recycling team based in East Tamaki. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of our electrical and automation systems across our East Tamaki and Penrose sites.
This hands-on role combines electrical maintenance, fault finding, automation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives to support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.
