The Process Engineer will be responsible for process planning, optimization, and quality improvement throughout the production and after-sales repair processes of robotic lawn mower products.

工艺规划与流程设计 / Process Planning & Design
负责新产品的工艺路线设计、工站布局及作业指导书(SOP)制定。
Responsible for defining process routing, station layout, and creating SOPs for new products.
设计并优化装配、测试及维修流程,确保可制造性(DFM)和可维修性(DFR)。
Design and optimize assembly, testing, and repair processes to ensure manufacturability (DFM) and repairability (DFR).
制定标准化工艺参数,包括扭矩、力值、温度、测试逻辑等。
Establish standardized process parameters, including torque, force, temperature, and test logic.
工装治具与设备导入 / Tooling & Fixture Development
主导治具、测试设备的需求定义、开发、验证及导入量产。
Lead requirements, development, validation, and mass production deployment of fixtures and test equipment.
优化治具结构和测试程序,提高效率与一致性。
Optimize fixture structure and test logic to improve efficiency and consistency.
参与自动化工站设计及效率改善项目。
Participate in automation station design and efficiency improvement projects.
良率提升与问题解决 / Yield Improvement & Issue Resolution
对生产及维修过程中的异常进行分析并推动改善,使用鱼骨图、8D、DMAIC 等工具。
Analyze production and repair issues and drive improvements using tools such as fishbone, 8D, and DMAIC.
主导失效分析(FA)和 DOE 试验,优化工艺窗口。
Lead failure analysis (FA) and DOE experiments to optimize process windows.
