You'll assist the Chief Engineer with building and plant upkeep, perform daily rounds, carry out preventive and reactive maintenance, and help bring out of order rooms back online quickly while logging tasks in the BMS and coordinating with Housekeeping. Ideal candidates have at least 12 months in general maintenance, hotel or resort experience, and can operate a range of tools; pool and spa maintenance preferred. About the Role
As our Maintenance Hand, you will support the Chief Engineer with the upkeep of the hotel’s building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable and well-maintained environment throughout their stay.
This is a practical, fast-paced role that involves both preventative and reactive maintenance, daily plant checks, and close collaboration with other hotel departments to bring out-of-order rooms and spaces back online as quickly as possible.
