CRH’s Oldcastle Infrastructure in Stockton, CA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a full‑time on‑site union role. You’ll maintain and repair production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, perform preventive maintenance, inspect drives and belts, and read blueprints while using hoists and power tools. The role requires at least 5 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and electrical principles; manufacturing experience is preferred. Physical demands include lifting up to 65 lbs, standing, bending, climbing, and working indoors or outdoors with required PPE. Pay ranges from $27.60 to $33.45 hourly plus benefits, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and a safety boots reimbursement after 30 days.
