RACV Torquay is hiring a full-time on-site Maintenance Officer to keep the resort’s facilities safe, functional and guest-ready with timely, high-quality work, proactive issue identification and strong collaboration with resort operations and contractors. You’ll perform general building and aquatics plant maintenance, schedule tasks through property assessments, support preventive programs, uphold regulatory standards and contribute to safer work practices and incident investigations. Essentials: knowledge of facility maintenance, handyman skills across carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing, excellent communication, ability to work independently, strong time management, physical fitness and a current driver’s licence. Desirable: hotel or resort maintenance experience, restricted electrical licence or aquatics accreditation, BMS or property database experience, MS Office.
