Your Role:

In this role, the Maintenance Supervisor will manage Programs for the Maintenance, and Facility Services departments as required by Maintenance Management. This position will also support our business partners in Manufacturing, Quality, EHS and any other departments as needed.

In this role, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, direct, schedule, and report on all maintenance repairs—including demand, preventive, predictive, and calibration activities—while efficiently managing the work order backlog.
  • Evaluate personnel performance, set clear goals, conduct regular reviews, and handle discipline or positive reinforcement with proper documentation and attendance/timecard tracking.
  • Counsel, mentor, and educate staff by identifying training needs, establishing personal development plans, and resolving workplace conflicts or personal issues.
  • Ensure the timely execution of planned actions within budget and quality metrics, while issuing required financial, regulatory, and maintenance KPI progress reports.
  • Drive workplace excellence by leading toolbox safety meetings, ensuring full team compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) and environmental training, and maintaining exemplary housekeeping.
  • Support business partners across Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS departments, and lead maintenance technicians in targeted Process Improvement activities.
  • Establish and manage spare parts inventory and shop equipment while effectively utilizing the Management of Change (MOC) process.
  • Stay current on technological and EHS changes by attending technical seminars/trade shows, reviewing field literature, and continuously improving personal certifications and multi-disciplinary competencies.

  • Stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, and use of hands tools and equipment
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted and additional weight with assistance
  • Utilize close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Wearing a hard hat, safety shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, a safety harness, protective clothing and gloves.

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Experience as a Journeyman Millwright.
  • Experience as an Electrician.

 

Pay Range for this position - $88,600. - $155,300. 

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
