ASSA ABLOY seeks a full-time on-site Maintenance Technician in Dubai to perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, conveyors and rotating assets. You’ll diagnose faults, conduct alignment, balancing, lubrication and calibration, replace defective components, read engineering drawings, and maintain records in the CMMS while ensuring safety and permit-to-work compliance and supporting shutdowns and coordinating with production and engineering to minimize downtime. Requirements include a Diploma/ITI/technical certificate in Mechanical Engineering and 2–5+ years in industrial maintenance; safety or rotating equipment certifications are advantageous.
