Accor is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Novotel Cathedral Square in Christchurch to join the team full time. You will assist the Chief Engineer with day-to-day maintenance of hotel plant and rooms, keep grounds and rooms in top condition, complete rounds, and promptly resolve requests while upholding WHS standards and proper equipment use, including managing external contractors. The ideal candidate has prior maintenance experience, a trade background (carpentry, electrical, or plumbing), basic HVAC and painting knowledge, solid computer skills, great attention to detail, and strong time management; weekend shifts may be required.
