Maintenance Technician at The Legal Aid Society in Cabool, MO is a full-time, on-site role responsible for multi-craft maintenance across packaging lines, milk processing, boiler room and plant utilities. You will diagnose downtime, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, manage parts inventory, execute changeovers, troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration, pumps and valves, and ensure GMP compliance. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 2 years of formal mechanical training or equivalent, basic blueprint reading, welding or fabrication skills, and strong communication. Preferred: 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, technical degree, familiarity with MP2, and ability to multi-task. Emphasize safety, teamwork, and problem solving.
General Purpose:
The Maintenance Technician performs maintenance and repair services in multiple crafts. This position may operate utilities equipment which supplies electricity, steam, heat, refrigeration, air conditioning, compressed air or ventilation. The main purpose of this role to support the operations to ensure the equipment is operating at desired capacity and producing quality product.

Basic ability to read blue prints, basic welding and fabrication skills,
Ability to communicate well both written and verbally,
