The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Lifestyle Options - Whitemud team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will perform a wide range of building, equipment, and facility maintenance tasks under the direction of the senior maintenance technicians.

What you’ll do:
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain building systems and equipment to ensure safe operations.
  • Perform minor repairs, diagnose issues, and carry out preventive maintenance on facilities and machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor inventory levels to support daily operations.
  • Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and equipment to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Operate groundskeeping equipment and maintain outdoor property areas.
  • Respond to maintenance inquiries from staff and residents.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (required).
  • Strong written and verbal English skills to communicate with all levels in the organization.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills; able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
