Persian Horizon seeks a Makeup & Bridal Line Manager for its Elaris brand in Dubai. This full‑time onsite role creates and leads a premium Bridal and VIP makeup division linking the salon to Dubai’s wedding, fashion and luxury events ecosystem. You will recruit and lead senior makeup artists, design the bridal journey, develop tiered packages and high value add-ons, and build partnerships with planners, hotels, venues and designers while representing the brand at fashion shows and luxury events. Requirements include proven luxury bridal leadership, a track record of selling high value packages, a strong industry network, and impeccable hygiene and service standards. Role Overview
Create and lead a premium Bridal & VIP Makeup division, connecting the salon to Dubai’s wedding, fashion, and luxury events ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and lead senior makeup artists and bridal specialists
- Build the full bridal journey (consultation, trial, contract, deposits)
- Create tiered bridal packages and high-value add-ons
- Develop premium bridal content and artist portfolios
- Build partnerships with wedding planners, hotels, venues, and designers
- Attend fashion shows and luxury events for networking
- Support luxury activations, bridal roadshows, and VIP touch-up stations
Requirements
- Strong experience in bridal or luxury makeup leadership
- Proven ability to sell packages and manage high-value clients
- Strong industry network in weddings or events
- High standards in hygiene, products, and service execution
