Team Introduction
The PMO team support the regional GM/Country managers and assist with project management across the wider sales organisation.

We are currently looking for a Project Management Project Intern (PMI) for the Benelux (Netherlands and Belgium) teams to assist with project management, and cross-team communication. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong industry affinity and natural stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with a fast-paced, start-up mindset in an international and multicultural environment.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Manage professional scheduling for CM GBS, including agendas, email, client management, and other company logistics. Ensures success of key meetings
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to GBS Netherlands and Belgium Leads
- Manage travel logistics and activities, with focus on facilitating teams and clients
- Provide administrative and office support, such as budgeting and coordinating with facilities team on events
- Organise team communications and events, internal and off-site – venue selection, project management, logistics, and third-party management for key regional events
- Lead on client entertainment; manage team wide entertainment initiatives, client experience and partner management
- Act as internal expert on internal company systems (e.g. Contracts, approval chain, purchase system) and coach others

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in Administration or Project Management
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree or Masters
- Possess ownership and strong execution; objective-focused and able to work independently and under pressure; self-driven and initiative-taking
- Possess fluent organisation skills to manage time and schedules
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite
- Impeccable attention to detail and time management
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required in order to communicate with local stakeholders
