To succeed, bring substantial financial services operations experience, solid regulatory knowledge on settlement, and proven supervisory ability with a track record of delivering against deadlines. Highlight leadership wins, improved controls, and familiarity with Excel. If you have a Level 3 FCA qualification or plan to obtain it within 18 months, mention it.
