Landmark Group seeks a Manager for Business Advisory in Dubai to act as a trusted adviser to the CXO and leadership team, guiding strategic initiatives, annual planning, and KPI dashboards into clear action. The role combines high level calendar and information flow management with cross-functional project oversight, budgeting for campaigns, and executive meeting preparation to keep leadership focused. A strong ability to build relationships across the organization and with external partners is essential to influence outcomes and drive long term partnerships. Strategic Planning and Partner:
•Work as trusted advisers to the leader to identify the initiatives of strategic importance & operational improvement that need to be pursued
•Be part of annual strategic planning for the Group
•Review key performance indicators by creating and maintaining dashboards. This work also includes internal and external communications, operational support and interacting with Landmark Leadership Team.
Direct Support of the CXO/Business Head/Board Member:
•Set leader's strategic priorities and help the leader identify areas where they must direct their focus
•Strategically manage leader's time to evaluate opportunities and maintain priorities
•Prepare agendas for all meetings; and review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the leader has the information needed to be as productive as possible
•Monitor information flow in order to ensure Leader's involvement in project or decision-making process at the right moment
Relationship Builder:
•Must be well connected with those reporting to the leader and others across the organization to influence outcomes. This cross-functional perspective not only helps garner support for the leadership team, but also fosters long-term partnerships that are critical to this role’s success.

•Oversee cross-functional/concept-wide projects or initiatives

•Research, benchmark, analyze data, and make recommendations
• Budget and performance: Manage trade marketing budgets and monitor all investments to ensure cost-effectiveness and track the performance of campaigns.
