Objective:
We are seeking a driven and well-networked Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in our wedding and events segment. The ideal candidate will come from hotel background, corporate events activations or wedding industry
Key Responsibility:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the wedding and events sector.
- Build and leverage networks to generate quality leads and partnerships.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations (strong PPT skills required).
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to maximize revenue.
- Track and report on pipeline, leads, and business brought in.
- Represent the company in a polished, professional, and well-groomed manner.
Desired Experience:
- 4 - 8 years’ experience in sales, business development, or hospitality/events.
- Strong networking skills with proven ability to bring in new clients and businesses.
- Multilingual candidates preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Maintain PNL and meet targets with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
