Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support EM strategy development to translate vision into compelling narratives, actionable plans and strategic initiatives ensuring organizational alignment. The position combines strategy execution, executive communications, business insights, and leadership engagement while coordinating flagship events such as the Emerging Markets Leadership Conference.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Communication:
Develop executive-level presentations, strategic communications, and business planning materials that effectively translate business priorities into compelling narratives for senior leadership and broader organizational audiences (e.g., Board updates and visits, Leadership Conference, Town Halls, business reviews).
Transform complex business, financial, and operational information into clear, concise, and impactful strategic stories.
Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and communication standards across all executive materials.
Partner closely with Internal Communications to drive the execution of a consistent strategic communication plan across Emerging Markets.
Lead the planning, content development, and coordination of the Emerging Markets Leadership Conference, executive meetings, and other key regional leadership events.
Strategy Planning:
Support the end-to-end Strategic Planning cycle, including timeline management, milestone tracking, content development, cross-functional alignment, and submission of key deliverables.
Analyze and synthesize business information, market insights, and financial data to support decision-making on strategic priorities.
Support ad hoc strategic initiatives, workshops, leadership offsites, special projects, and Senior Leadership Team briefings.
Monitor strategic initiatives sponsored by the Emerging Markets SLT, ensuring effective governance and follow-through.
Management Support:
Support the operating rhythm of the Emerging Markets Senior Leadership Team by facilitating management meetings, agenda development, content preparation, and follow-up activities.
Provide support to senior leadership on priority topics and cross-functional initiatives.
Track key actions, decisions, and commitments arising from leadership forums and ensure timely follow-up and execution.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant professional experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Business Development, Executive Communications, Consulting, Project Management, or related functions within a large multinational organization.
Experience working directly with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
Experience leading or coordinating executive events, leadership conferences, and governance forums is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
MBA or postgraduate degree from a recognized business school is preferred.
