Objective:

The position plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role manages the entire campaign lifecycle, from ideation to performance tracking, with a strong focus on automation, data-led decision-making, and ROI-driven results.

Key Responsibility:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across SMS, email, push notifications, and app-based channels.
  • Define campaign architecture and design user journeys, including drip, behavioral, and lifecycle campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Maintain and manage the campaign calendar, including roadmaps, key milestones, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Collaborate with content, design, CRM, and brand teams to align messaging and creative assets with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics, conversion funnels, and campaign KPIs; share regular dashboards and reports with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with data and analytics teams to optimize targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve campaign workflows and resolve execution challenges to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Lead post-campaign analysis to derive actionable insights and inform future campaign strategies.

Desired Experience:

  • 6–8 years of experience in CRM, campaign management, or retail marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or strategic role.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, Optimove, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign platforms, digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
