KPMG Australia seeks a Manager - Change Lead in Adelaide to shape and deliver organisational change. You will lead projects, apply structured change methodologies, assess impacts across people, process, technology and policy, identify risks and mitigation plans, measure readiness, and produce roadmaps, communication plans, training plans and adoption dashboards while facilitating workshops. What matters most is exceptional communication and relationship building, a people centred leadership style, and adaptability to fast paced multi-project environments. Bring proven Change Management, Organisational Development or HR Consulting experience (major consulting firm preferred) and PROSCI accreditation is highly desirable. Provide concrete examples of large scale change, stakeholder influence and adoption outcomes, and demonstrate client facing collaboration.

From the earliest stages of a project or program, the team supports business case development, planning, structuring and assembling the right approach to deliver and embed meaningful change.
