The Manager Client Service Delivery is accountable for leading frontline service delivery at the Kaitaia site, ensuring consistent, high-quality, client-centred outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee site operations, workforce performance, and daily service demand — including client flow, case management delivery, and service standards. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role, supporting your team in real time and maintaining a strong presence in the service environment.
You will lead through others — setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and building a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and delivering outcomes for whānau. As part of the regional leadership team, you will contribute to integrated service delivery across Te Tai Tokerau, working collaboratively to respond to regional priorities and community needs.
