Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Brand Content Creation, you oversee the entire creative production workflow from pre‑production to post‑production to ensure consistency, quality, and optimal distribution of all brand content. You manage asset production (films, photos), supervise campaign adaptations, and coordinate live content creation during events, while leading the Creative Content Production team.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be to: 

  • Define, plan, and coordinate all pre‑production, production, and post‑production needs across content initiatives
  • Oversee all film and photo assets, ensuring consistency, quality, and optimal usage
  • Supervise the adaptation and transcreation of campaigns (print, film, Out of House) with internal teams and external partners
  • Organize and lead product shootings in collaboration with internal teams and specialized suppliers
  • Ensure the creation, production, and delivery of standard visual assets (films and photos) for the Digital Asset Management
  • Manage live production requirements during local and international events in coordination with the Creative Content team
  • Lead the Creative Content Production and support their professional development
  • Guarantee the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all creative asset

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you bring strong expertise in visual content production and creative project management, combined with the ability to navigate a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while upholding the highest creative standards by your:

  • Proven experience leading photo and film production projects across pre‑production, production, and post‑production phases
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and oversee shootings with internal creative teams and qualified external partners
  • Expertise in the adaptation and transcreation of digital, print, and film assets, including supervision of mastering and final deliveries
  • Solid understanding of asset management workflows and Digital Asset Management systems, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a solution‑oriented and anticipatory mindset
  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to coach, guide, and support team members’ professional development
  • High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to delivering premium, brand‑consistent content
