The role leads end-to-end development of running footwear from concept to production, partnering with technicians, material experts, product management, design and suppliers to ensure integrity and timely delivery. You will drive construction methods, assess manufacturability and cost targets, oversee testing and quality, and keep data current to meet KPIs such as margins, sustainability and on-time delivery. Requirements: university degree in manufacturing, engineering, biomechanics, sports science or related field, at least 2 years footwear development experience, English, and travel up to three times per year. As Manager Development Footwear, you will lead the end-to-end development process for assigned medium complexity products from concept brief to production readiness. You will work in strong partnership with footwear technicians, material experts as well as product management, design and suppliers.
