You are a hip-hop and R&B aficionado with experience on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X, a proven ability to drive engagement and revenue through data driven campaigns, and comfort with AI and new tech. You will collaborate with artists, managers and internal teams to plan content, monitor real time performance, grow CRM, and translate culture into resonant campaigns. Are you a trailblazer in the digital music landscape, ready to orchestrate groundbreaking campaigns and redefine how artists connect with their fans? BMG's dynamic Los Angeles based Hip-Hop and R&B team is seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing to join our ranks. You will lead best-in-class marketing initiatives for A-level and developing Hip Hop and R&B artists, owning the full scope of strategy development and execution across campaigns, data, and audience engagement.
Reporting directly to the VP, we're looking for a passionate digital marketer who is a hip-hop and R&B superfan, living at the forefront of this culture and already connected to leading platforms, creators, and networks in this space. We want someone who can conduct campaigns across every key platform and tool. Your fluency with trends and viral content will be crucial, helping to unlock and amplify an artist’s digital footprint for unparalleled campaign performance. You’ll also serve as an expert voice to artists and managers, using data and creativity to drive clear impact.
