Bombardier is seeking a Manager of Engineering, Strategic Talent Management, Product Development and Bombardier Defense in Québec for a full‑time onsite role. Lead strategic, sustainable engineering talent initiatives aligned with a 5‑year vision, drive change management, oversee onboarding including an engineering curriculum, and advance knowledge transfer and career growth while attracting and retaining top engineering talent. Requirements include a bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent, 10+ years in engineering with at least 3 in supervision, strong strategic thinking and senior‑level communication; coaching or knowledge management is a plus.
