Asana is hiring a Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead the UKI enterprise GTM and drive revenue across verticals including Financial Services, Public Sector, TMT, PS, and Retail/Manufacturing/CPG. You’ll head a regional sales team, partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel, and own the full playbook while cultivating C-level relationships. The London based hybrid role requires cross-functional collaboration with Product and Marketing and the ability to scale enterprise growth. As a key member of the EMEA Revenue Leadership Team reporting directly to the Head of UKI & NE, you will be the strategic leader responsible for shaping, executing, and driving all Enterprise go-to-market (GTM) activities across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will lead a high-performing, successful regional sales team that is currently delivering strong results across our key industry verticals, including Financial Services, Public Sector, Technology/Media/Telecom (TMT), Professional Services (PS), and Retail, Manufacturing, and CPG.
Partnering closely with leaders across Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Development and Channel, you will own the full-funnel GTM playbook across our Enterprise customer segments. In this role, you will leverage your deep enterprise expertise to cultivate, nurture, and develop this high-growth revenue organization while expanding Asana's market presence throughout the region.
This role is based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays & Fridays depending on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. For this role, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is £257,000 - £302,000. The total OTE includes a base salary and performance-based sales incentive pay (based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan). These ranges are a guideline; actual base salary and OTE will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and the ranges for this role may be modified.
