Job Description

Our ESG Advisory & Assurance (Sustainability) team work with organisations to help them manage the risks and opportunities associated with non-financial issues, and to enhance all aspects of reporting and communication. We also provide assurance services for a range of non-financial disclosures, reports and regulatory filings to enhance the credibility of reported information. As a Manager within our team, you will have the opportunity to build trusted networks with our clients, project manage assurance engagements from end to end, apply your technical knowledge in leading assurance projects, and grow your personal knowledge in this dynamic and exciting field.

• Plan and deliver sustainability reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory auditing requirements.
• Create and develop comprehensive public sustainability reports.
• Identify and assess environmental and climate risks and opportunities.
• Apply strong assurance knowledge and experience, including planning, conducting risk assessments, designing assurance approaches and procedures, performing testing and analysis, and delivering thorough reviews and reporting.
• Conduct technical and high-quality analysis of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) processes and data measurement, including benchmarking organisational performance.
• Develop, implement, and review environmental, climate, and sustainability strategies, targets, and initiatives, including the establishment and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage and analyse sustainability data to support informed decision-making.
• Assist government and private sector organisations in designing and developing sustainability frameworks, management systems, policies, processes, guidelines, procedures, and controls to enhance environmental management performance.
• Apply experience with emissions assurance audits to ensure robust environmental compliance.
• Leverage knowledge and experience of international sustainability frameworks, guidelines, and standards such as International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), Task Force on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmarks (GRESB), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) Scheme, Emissions Reduction Fund (ERF), and Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).
