Landmark Group is hiring a Manager, Finance (Controllership) to identify and strengthen key process controls across twelve departments and thirty functions, delivering a consolidated CSA summary for the CFO and CEO. The role governs the Control Self-Assessment program, coordinates a cross functional questionnaire, and collaborates with the RPA team to automate summarization and create SOPs, drawing on H1 2024 learnings in vendor management, non-trade buying, marketing expenses, bulk sales and casual labor. Ideal candidates hold Bachelors in Commerce / Finance, Chartered Accountant, and 5 to 7 years of Internal Audit experience. Framework: Comprehensive questionnaire of ~100 targeted questions across 12 departments & ~30 functions. Each department head is expected to provide a response and is responsible for its accuracy and accountability, with validation and certification by the CFO and CEO. To support this process, an internal app is being developed to facilitate the recording of responses.
CSA & Process Governance
• Overall governance on Control Self-assessment process. CSA is a structured framework to identify various organization-wide risk areas and keeping management aware of the same
• Coordinate with the RPA team to review CSA responses and assess feasibility of automated summarization of answers.
• Prepare a consolidated and management-friendly summary of all CSA responses for bi-yearly, highlighting key risks, control gaps, and recurring themes.
• Design and roll out CSA questionnaires for all group functions
• Create SOP/Guidelines for the following focus areas, incorporating learnings from H1 2024 CSA outcomes.:
o Vendor Management
o Non-Trade Buying (Brand & Country level)
o Marketing Expenses
o Bulk Sales
o Casual Labor Management (Brand & Country level)
