What will your typical day look like?

 

  • Shape Enterprise Fraud Strategy: Collaborate with senior Deloitte and client leadership across industries to define fraud risk management strategies, operating models, governance structures, and transformation priorities that improve resilience, reduce losses, and support sustainable growth.
  • Lead Complex Client Engagements: Manage workstreams and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes, balancing strategic direction, project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and practical execution.
  • Shape Fraud Technology and Capability Roadmaps: Support clients in assessing fraud technology capabilities, defining target-state requirements, prioritizing investments, shaping product and capability roadmaps, and aligning digital, data, analytics, and governance decisions to enterprise fraud strategy.
  • Facilitate Executive Decision-Making: Work with stakeholders at all levels to frame issues, evaluate options, prioritize initiatives, and align leadership around practical recommendations and implementation plans.
  • Develop Executive-Ready Deliverables and Market Opportunities: Produce polished client and market-facing outputs, including strategy documents, maturity assessments, current- and future-state assessments, operating model designs, business cases, implementation roadmaps, workshop materials, senior leadership presentations, proposals, statements of work, points of view, and other materials that help clients navigate emerging fraud trends, evolving technology, regulatory expectations, and broader enterprise risk priorities.

We are looking for structured problem-solvers with consulting, professional services, or internal advisory/transformation experience. Successful candidates can lead client work, influence senior stakeholders, develop teams, support business development, and translate fraud, technology, analytics, risk, governance, and transformation challenges into clear recommendations, roadmaps, target-state designs, implementation plans, and executive-ready deliverables. Candidates should demonstrate experience across most of the following areas:

 

  • Fraud Strategy and Transformation: Designing fraud strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, target-state capabilities, investment roadmaps, business cases, and transformation plans for senior leadership decision-making.
  • Fraud Technology and Product Advisory: Assessing fraud technology ecosystems, defining target-state requirements, evaluating platform capabilities, shaping product roadmaps, and linking technology choices to fraud strategy and enterprise priorities.
  • Analytics and Strategic Insights: Using data, analytics, intelligence, market trends, and emerging threat insights to frame issues, develop options, support investment decisions, and strengthen transformation priorities.
  • Governance, Controls, Cybersecurity, and Risk Evaluation: Assessing governance, controls, technology dependencies, cybersecurity considerations, and regulatory expectations, then translating findings into executive recommendations and transformation plans.
  • Executive Stakeholder Facilitation: Leading workshops, interviews, working sessions, design discussions, and decision forums to frame issues, align leaders, prioritize options, and move complex initiatives forward.
  • Team Leadership and Delivery: Leading project teams, managing timelines and deliverables, coaching team members, and promoting collaboration, accountability, and quality outcomes.
  • Consulting, Advisory, and Transformation Experience: 5+ years in management consulting, professional services, or an internal advisory/strategy/transformation role delivering client-facing or executive-facing fraud, financial crime, risk, technology, product, operating model, or transformation engagements.

 

Education & Additional Requirements
 
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Canadian travel may be required, with potential occasional international travel.
  • Candidates may be required to obtain Government of Canada reliability status.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $101,000 - $169,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
