What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Global Curriculum and Learning Strategy Manager, you will work with Global Learning and Talent leadership, leadership in Deloitte’s member firms and global businesses, and leadership across other Global teams, to deliver on Deloitte’s Global 2030 Learning Strategy. You will be responsible for the governance, evolution, and deployment processes of the global shared curriculum across the global learning ecosystem. The position serves as a central point of coordination for curriculum strategy, stakeholder engagement, continuous identification and improvement of the shared learning portfolio and special initiatives as needed.

 

Your work will include:

 

  • Develop and maintain key relationships with Deloitte member firm, Deloitte Universities, global business, and Deloitte Global stakeholders to deliver on learning priorities.
  • Lead the governance and evolution of the shared curriculum portfolio by establishing clear processes for content management, program sharing, evaluating global applicability, localization, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define curriculum priorities, guide strategic direction, and ensure learning offerings align with emerging business and talent development needs.
  • Oversee the global deployment strategy for shared learning programs, including Train-the-Trainer initiatives that enable consistent adoption across member firms.
  • Contribute to adjacent efforts related to capability standards and frameworks.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices and synthesize relevant insights as input to decision making.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to proactively pitch in and participate as an engaged member of the Global Learning Strategy team, including supporting portfolio-wide and project-based activities

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • 5-7 years’ experience working in a large, multinational organization, preferably within the learning function at a manager level.
  • Experience in implementing cross-border learning solutions to meet the needs of broad audience groups.
  • Experience/history with Deloitte leadership development or other curriculum initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills; collaborative, diplomatic, and effective working across senior levels and geographies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with Deloitte’s learning ecosystem and collaboration / productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, project trackers) is preferred.

 

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
