Bombardier is seeking a Manager, IT Operations Command Center to lead 24x7 monitoring, incident management, and service delivery across infrastructure and applications, own SOPs, and drive automation to minimize disruptions while onsite in Québec and align to SLAs and KPIs. The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in IT Operations or NOC, hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience, experience running large 24x7 teams, strong leadership, and fluent English and French.
