We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our Physical Security team. This role is crucial in safeguarding our organization's business continuity and protecting our employees, infrastructure, and resources worldwide. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments and external partners to create and maintain a secure environment, adapting strategies to meet specific risks and requirements.
- Develop and implement a global physical security strategy aligned with organizational risks and requirements.
- Establish and maintain consistent security standards and policies across all sites, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments for employees, facilities, and assets worldwide.
- Oversee access control, identity management, and other measures to prevent unauthorized access.
- Drive employee security awareness, training programs, and adherence to security protocols.
- Coordinate global security audits and manage relationships with external security providers and partners.
- Collaborate with CISO, IT Security, Legal, Audit, and Facility Management to strengthen security, crisis management, and incident response capabilities.
- Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field; additional security or crisis management certifications preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in physical security, ideally within a multinational organization.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing global security strategies and processes.
- Strong technical understanding of physical security systems, technologies, and regulations.
- Solid knowledge of international security standards, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally for site visits and audits.
