Bombardier is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Projects and Infrastructure in Québec to plan and execute manufacturing and facility transformation initiatives, oversee the project portfolio and capital investments, and lead cross functional teams, suppliers and partners under the Director, Material Organization. The role strengthens execution culture by advancing project management discipline, accountability and speed of delivery in a complex manufacturing environment, with responsibilities for CAPEX budgeting, asset and infrastructure management, and familiarity with Maximo or similar tools. Background includes leading industrial or infrastructure projects, budgeting, and experience in aerospace or regulated settings; refurbishments and space optimization are a plus. Reporting to the Director, Material Organization, the incumbent is responsible for planning and executing manufacturing and infrastructure projects that support Bombardier’s operations and growth. They oversee the project portfolio, capital investments, and facility transformation initiatives, while coordinating management teams, employees, suppliers, and partners involved in these projects.
The incumbent will play a key role in advancing the execution culture within the Material Organization by strengthening project management discipline, accountability, execution speed, and the achievement of results.
