Jumeirah Burj Al Arab is seeking a Marketing Manager to execute the hotel’s strategy, ensure brand alignment, and drive annual commercial targets with phased demand planning. You will support planning, budgeting, forecasting and KPI driven reporting while partnering with Revenue and Operations to translate strategy into plans that lift occupancy, ADR, length of stay and direct contribution. You’ll guard public communications for local compliance and brand reputation, overseeing imagery governance, and drive digital quality across website, app and OTA positioning. Lead performance marketing across paid search, metasearch and paid social with cost efficiency and measurable ROI. Ideal: five to seven years in hospitality or luxury marketing, strong stakeholder, digital, PR and budgeting experience, matrix org exposure.
