CPKC is seeking a Manager of Testing and Commissioning in Calgary to lead the validation and commissioning of Signals and Communications systems, ensuring rigorous verification per CPKC standards and Transport Canada and FRA regulations, delivery of test documentation. You will monitor and enforce testing and commissioning processes, coordinate verification work across design and construction, and authorize S&C systems in service. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in S&C construction, maintenance, or design, 3+ years in a lead testing role, an engineering degree (PEng a plus), and strong communication and computer skills with 40-50% travel. Medical and Drug Testing
This is a safety sensitive position and a successful pre-employment medical assessment including physical, vision, hearing, and a negative company drug test is required. Post hire qualification drug testing may also be required.

Management Conductor Program
Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is the single best way for a management employee to learn the business at CPKC. You may be required to obtain a certification or to maintain your current certification/qualification as a conductor or locomotive engineer.
