Essential skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- Proven experience (6-8 years) managing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and/or conversions.
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Snapchat Ads
- Firsthand experience with campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Team management skills and experience
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and manage internal stakeholders.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in Real Estate, Automotive or other lead-based categories is a plus.
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools
- Data visualization skills
