Based in Kansas City, MO or St Paul, MN, this onsite role requires 40–50% travel and includes coordinating with regulators, utilities, and internal teams, overseeing flagging for third‑party work, negotiating at‑grade crossing closures and cost sharing, preparing crossing and signal agreements, and identifying outside funding sources. A civil engineering degree or equivalent with 5+ years railroad experience, plus a valid driver’s license, root‑cause analysis ability, independence in a multi‑disciplinary setting, and MS Office proficiency are required. Management Conductor Program
