Transat AT is looking for a Manager, Scheduling and Slot Management to work onsite in Montréal. You will help develop and optimize short to mid term flight schedules including codeshare flows, update schedules in NetLine, coordinate changes with stakeholders, manage airport slots per IATA standards, and align operational constraints with crews and maintenance to ensure feasibility. Requirements include a relevant degree in air transport management or equivalent, at least five years in airline planning or operations, strong communication and collaboration, attention to detail, and fluency in French and English. In your application, highlight quantified scheduling impact, proficiency with airline ops systems and MS Office plus AI tools, and demonstrate autonomy and adaptability.

The incumbent contributes to the development and optimization of Air Transat’s flight schedule in the short to medium term (45-day window and beyond), including codeshare agreements, while ensuring operational feasibility and schedule integrity.
Responsibilities
Good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders in Quebec and internationally.
