The Manager, Signals & Communications Wayside Projects leads the successful delivery of wayside infrastructure projects throughout British Columbia by providing safety-focused leadership, technical expertise, and operational oversight. Responsible for developing and mentoring employees, this role ensures the effective installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of signal and communications assets while driving continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, project performance, and service reliability across the network.
