Shipfusion is looking for a Dev Support Manager to lead the Development Support team across PHP, MySQL, and React, owning production issue investigations, incident response, and platform health. You will be the primary technical escalation point for complex problems, write production-ready PHP and React code, mentor developers, and conduct code reviews focused on maintainability, performance, security, and consistency. You’ll partner with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering to prioritize issues, improve monitoring and observability, and guide deployment and release management.
