Flex’s Manager, Strategic Partnerships is a hands-on, growth-stage role in NYC with hybrid options, focused on accelerating Flex’s enterprise partnerships through execution, cross-functional alignment, and data-driven decision making. You’ll own day-to-day partnership operations, prep materials for MBRs/QBRs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, CS, Legal, and Analytics to ensure timely deliverables while monitoring performance, building dashboards, and conducting scenario analyses to uncover growth opportunities. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and performance of Flex’s most important enterprise partnerships. You will be a hands-on operator responsible for prioritizing and executing partnership initiatives, managing cross-functional workflows, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery. You’ll leverage strategy and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance- driving measurable results and lasting partner impact.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical, organized, and proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining data-driven insights with hands-on execution. Additionally, this position is available to candidates working 2-3 days a week hybrid in either our NYC, SF, or Salt Lake City office. Candidates relocating to our hubs may be eligible for relocation assistance.
Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines.
For candidates located in our Tier 1 markets (NYC/ SF), the on-target earnings (OTE) pay range for this role is $148,000 - $185,000 USD. For all other U.S. locations, Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index. If you are located outside of the Tier 1 states listed above, your starting pay will be adjusted to align with the market conditions of your specific geographic zone.
