American Airlines is seeking a Manager of Technology Product Management to lead a team of Product Owners within the Travel Rewards customer experience space, shaping strategy and roadmaps for the portfolio and partnering with AAdvantage, Partner and Cobrand groups to deliver technical capabilities that improve user experiences. You will mentor teammates, influence stakeholders, define OKRs, and drive agile delivery using data, A/B testing, and DevOps practices. Required is a bachelor's with 5 to 7 years in product management or delivery; a master's and Go to Market product market fit experience are preferred. This Product Manager role is part of the Customer Experience team dedicated to Travel Rewards. This Product Manager will lead, mentor, and coach a team of Product Owner professionals possessing skills and abilities that focus on both Technology and Business Process improvement. This team partners with AAdvantage, Partner and Cobrand business groups and our IT organization to value, prioritize, define, and deliver technical capabilities that help achieve desired business outcomes and optimize user experiences.
