As a Manager, Technology Strategy & Planning, you will partner directly with senior technology leaders to shape strategy, priorities, and enterprise planning. Your day will focus on structuring ambiguous problems, developing strategic options, and supporting executive decisions through clear analysis and concise narratives. You will design and run elements of the Technology Leadership Team’s annual and quarterly planning cadence, prepare decision ready materials, and facilitate working sessions that drive alignment and outcomes. Working across Technology, Finance, and the business, you will translate complex inputs into focused insights that move priorities forward.
The Technology Business Management (TBM) team sits at the centre of strategy, planning, and decision support within Deloitte Technology. The team enables senior leaders to set direction, align priorities, and allocate investment by combining strategic insight, financial context, and executive level communication. TBM supports technology strategy development, operating model evolution, enterprise planning cadence, and leadership decision forums. Acting as a connective layer across Technology, Finance, and the business, the team ensures strategy discussions are structured, decision ready, and focused on clear trade offs and outcomes.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
