Continental is offering a mandatory internship in Talent Management, Organizational Development & Learning at its Hannover headquarters for up to six months, starting September 1, 2026. You will contribute to TMOD & L projects, help design training initiatives and learning formats, support development programs for employees and leaders, prepare clear presentations for diverse audiences, and collaborate with international partners. Ideal candidates are Bachelor or Master students with a strong interest in people, learning and organizational collaboration, who learn quickly, work independently, and communicate well in German and English. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Copilot is a plus.
