You will model strong EHS adherence, support trainers and training programs, and maintain compliant documentation (SOPs, batch records). You’ll collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering to protect process safety and product quality. Required: 4+ years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, solid problem solving and leadership skills, and Lean Six Sigma exposure; weekend shift D 6am to 6pm; sponsorship not offered. Pay is $43-$66/hr with benefits. Your Role
This position is responsible for the detailed coordination and execution of manufacturing operations, including operating equipment as required and ensuring proper line opening and closing activities. The role serves as a role model for adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, actively participating in safety initiatives and supporting trainers, trainees, and training programs. The individual ensures compliance with all manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and test methods, maintains a clean and organized work area, and communicates effectively with manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering teams to support process safety, product quality, and operational efficiency. Pay Range for this position: $43-$66 per hour
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
