This role also involves writing and revising SOPs, training new staff, and applying MES data to monitor critical quality attributes. The company offers a $5,000 sign on bonus, a pay range of $21 to $38 per hour, and comprehensive benefits, with some first shift training on 6:00 am to 2:30 pm for several months. Eligibility to work in the US is required and sponsorship is not offered. The Membrane Operator 3 is a shift-based position reporting to the Supervisor, Membrane Manufacturing. The Membrane Operator 3 is responsible for the operation of all membrane manufacturing equipment in an efficient and competent manner with regard to safety, quality, and documentation. The operator works as a team member in the Membrane 1 facility and is responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and shipment of membrane material.

Pay Range for this position: $21/hour - $38/hour
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
