Coles Group is seeking a Health & Safety Environment Coordinator for the Erskine Park Retail Ready Operations facility to support the HSE Manager in delivering the Retail Manufacturing HSE Plans and key programs. The role focuses on implementing health, safety and environment risk management, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with Site Leadership to execute the site strategy and HSE Plan. You will assist with risk assessments, provide practical risk reduction guidance, develop and maintain HSE procedures in line with Coles policies and the SafetyCARE system, and contribute to incident investigations and reporting. About the role
Retail Ready Operations Australia (RROA), is the Coles retail ready meat facility. Based at Erskine Park we have a strong focus on team member safety, quality and continuous improvementt whilst ensuring that customers' security of supply, quality, availability of product and value for money expectations are met. Our facility is fully integrated into the Coles sourcing, production and logistics and stores' network.
As the Health & Safety Environment Coordinator you’ll be a trusted expert supporting the HSE Manager to deliver on the Retail Manufacturing HSE Plans and key programs.
Assist continual improvement, and facilitation of the HSE Plans for Retail Manufacturing.
Implement health, safety and environment risk management programs.
Support Site Leadership Team to deliver the site strategy and HSE Plan.
