Job Summary: The Manufacturing Team Leader is the primary contact responsible for the assigned team’s shift safety, uptime, quality, waste, rate, processes, cost performance of the team, and basic technical or routine assistance and/or training, when necessary. This position is responsible for leading and directing the team to perform their assigned job duties, adhere to basic expectations, and rigorous execution of JSAs, SOPs, 5S, and systems. The Manufacturing Team Leader will facilitate resolution of gaps found in these areas and will involve other areas/functions as needed.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $49,920 – $54,080 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
