Position Summary:  Responsible for making sure raw product is marinated to proper specifications prior to beginning further processing:

  • Lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Basic math skills are required
  • Interpret and execute directions from product spec sheets.
  • Gain certification to use a powered hand jack. (This training is provided by OK Foods)
  • Ability to work in a cold/wet environment. (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius)
  • Ability to stand for 8-hour shift.
  • Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment.
  • Climb up and down ladders
  • Stoop and reach overhead (bending and twisting)
